  • Exercising regularly is one of the best and easiest methods to cope with this condition. Aerobic exercises, especially, can prove to be very effective.
  • Most medical practitioners advice to consume fruits which are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C to avoid dizziness. Apart from these vitamins, Vitamin B12, and folic acid are also equally important.
  • It is extremely important to report changes in your health condition to your doctor, and follow the instructions related to diet and lifestyle.
