Quinoa Pancakes
Ingredients
- Quinoa flakes, ⅓ cup
- Eggs, 2
- Coconut oil, 1tsp
- Cinnamon
- Stevia
Process
Take a bowl and add the quiona flakes and eggs to it. Stir the mixture well. Then, add in coconut oil. If the mixture is runny after combining, add in more quiona flakes until the desired consistency is acquired. When all the ingredients are completely blended, set the mixture aside. Now, heat a pan on medium heat and add the pancake mixture to it, cook it until it is golden brown. While serving, sprinkle some cinnamon and stevia over it. Quiona is said to be very effective for decreasing yeast infection.
Spiced Lamb
Ingredients
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion, 1
- Cumin seeds, 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds, 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds slightly crushed in a pestle and mortar, 1 tsp
- Chili powder, ½ tsp
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Natural yogurt, 1 cup
- Ripe mango, 1
- Lamb steaks or chops, 2
Process
To make this recipe, heat oil in a skillet and fry the lamb in it. One can even grill it instead. When cooked, transfer the lamb steak to a shallow, ovenproof dish and set aside. Add onion to the pan and cook until it turns brown in color. Add in the cumin seeds and cook for about a minute, stirring continuously. Sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste and remove from heat. Coat the lamb with this mixture and turn it over, and then coat it from the other side too. Place the lamb in the oven on a low heat, so that it remains warm and set aside. Now, peel and chop the mango and mix it with the chili powder and yogurt. Coat the lamb with this mixture and cook further for about 5 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Red Snapper with Spinach
Ingredients
- Red snapper, 4 fillets
- Fresh spinach, 3-6 oz
- Garlic, minced, 2 cloves
- White onion, diced, ½
- Parsley, minced, 2 tbsp
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Olive oil
Process
To make this recipe, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Season the fish with salt, and also coat it on both the sides with olive oil. Add the onions and garlic to an ovenproof dish, and add the fish, parsley, spinach, and lemon juice to the mixture. Cook for about 6-8 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve hot.
The aforementioned recipes when included in one’s diet might prove beneficial to help one get rid of the unwanted yeast. However, do keep in mind that it is very important to follow the diet for at least three months, as only then can the growth of the yeast be stopped.
