Procedure

Pour chicken broth and add the remaining ingredients – chick pea, green pea, mint leaves, marjoram leaves and salt. Bring the mixture to boil and shimmer for about 25 minutes. Lime Chicken
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts halves
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ cup white wine (optional)
A pinch of black pepper
Procedure
First of all, cut the chicken breasts into thin slices of about 1 cm thickness. Add lemon juice and pepper to the sliced chicken pieces and marinate for about 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Then, heat a frying pan and melt the butter. Saute the marinated chicken pieces by turning occasionally, until they are cooked well. Meanwhile heat the white wine on a saucepan and pour over the cooked lime chicken. You can serve this chicken dish during the main course as well.
Fruit Salad
Ingredients
1 medium-sized mango (peeled and sliced)
1 pawpaw (peeled and sliced)
2 kiwi fruits (peeled and sliced)
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (chopped)
¼ cup of apricot nectar
2 tablespoons lime juice
Procedure
Take a large bowl and combine together the ingredients – apricot nectar, lime juice and mint leaves. Stir well and add all the fruit slices. Toss the mixture well and refrigerate for about 45 minutes. Remove the fruit salad and serve it chilled.
