The Simple Keto System: How it Works

Home / Keto / The Simple Keto System: How it Works

The Simple Keto System is a plan designed for those who intend to follow the keto diet. This way of eating reduces carbohydrates and replaces them with high-fat alternatives.

The goal is to move the body into a metabolic state called ketosis. When ketosis occurs, fat burning increases which sends ketones to the brain for energy. It also greatly reduces blood sugar and insulin levels leading to even more health benefits.

Keto Health Benefits

Keto has been popular due to its health benefits which include:

  • Weight loss and anti-aging
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Regulating blood sugar
  • Decreasing cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure
  • Improving quality of life

Who wouldn’t want those, right? Let’s see how you can get there.

The Basics of the Simple Keto System

Since keto focuses on low-carb, high-fat food that helps burn fat more efficiently, this system is not only tailored to approved foods, but also tailored to YOU!

Once you head to The Simple Keto System website, you are immediately asked to click on your gender. The next question asks about your familiarity with the keto diet. The less familiar you are, the more information you’ll be provided initially.

You’ll then answer a series of questions that helps to come up with a plan that works based on your body and food preferences.

In additon to entering your current weight, goal weight, height and age, you’ll be asked to choose the following:

  • Meat preferences (no meat is an option)
  • Vegetables based on the options you’re given
  • Foods you’d like to avoid (nuts, dairy, eggs, etc.)
  • Level of daily activity and time of the day when you feel most tired
  • How often you experience digestive issues
  • How often you have food cravings and the type of food you crave
  • Various medical issues
  • Your goal(s) for the plan

And then, of course, you have to enter your name and email address. Next, you get a personalized profile summary based on your answers.

Profile Summary

This profile summary gives you a ton of information. It begins with how long it should take you to reach your goal weight and where you are in relation to your body mass index. It even shows you exactly where in your body you’ll lose the weight. Cool, right?

What follows could be a possible downer- your metabolic age. If this shows your metabolic age is higher than your actual age, let’s just say you need to make some changes in relation to eating and exercising.

The profile goes on to list your keto compatibility, anxiety factors and energy metabolism. But the final offering is the pot at the end of the rainbow- a 28-day personalized keto meal plan!

Your Personalized Keto Meal Plan

The meal plan is based on the answers in your questionnaire. It is designed to be flexible and meet your goals. They also claim the ingredients will be common and the recipes easy to follow. And to make it even easier, you can download your meal plan on any type of personal device.

The Cost

You know the saying, “Good things come to those who wait.” Well, you don’t have to wait, but you do have to purchase! You’ll receive your customized keto meal plan for a one-time $39 purchase. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions or monthly charges. Plus, you get lifetime access to the plan.

As with any major diet change, be sure to speak with your doctor before you begin the simple keto system. Although it has proven to be effective with many people, you want to be certain it’s still a good choice for you and your health.
