Stress fractures and the march fractures are the fracture types can also cause the pain. While the stress fractures are believed to occur, due to the excessive stress and strain experienced by the muscles and the bones in the lower part of the leg, the march fractures are the results of a rise in the physical activity in a very sudden and improper way. The place of the march fractures is actually in the metatarsal bones of the feet.
Wearing improper footwear causes irritation and discomfort in the tendon which has its place at the bottom of the cuboid bone. To avoid it, it is very essential that you do not overuse the high heels, though they are fashionable and trendy. You should always wear that kind of footwear which provides the necessary support to your feet.
